A Dutch ambulance for Finland. This relief action was created in response to  the emergency situation in which Finland found itself following the Russian invasion at the end of September 1939. SHOTS: - F.H. Meihuizen and others look at the ambulance destined for Finland in front of the head office of the Red Cross in The Hague; - women and a soldier check the medical instruments and make packages; - boys fill a bag with metal arm and leg splints and put other objects in boxes; - soldier puts stamps on a box ("Niederländisches" and a red cross); - word of thanks to all that offered their help by the leader of the Ambulance, F.H. Meihuizen.
