The national association of ex-political prisoners holds it's annual congress in Enschede. In a hall, the congress attendants listen to a speech by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, mr. Prinsen. The Polish representative speaks on behalf of the foreign delegation. The chairman of the association, mr. Stomps speaks last. On the occasion of the congress, the State Bureau for War Documentation has set up an exhibition with documents from World War II in another hall. The director of this institute, L. de Jong, gives the first visitors a tour. 01:39 De Jong (middle one of the three men).
