Film voor het wekelijkse bioscoopjournaal van Pathé, gemaakt door H.J.W. van Luijnen, sinds 1913 de vaste cameraman van de Nederlandse vestiging van Pathé Frères. In een opname van nog geen minuut is een nog nabrandende olietank in totaalbeeld te zien. Voor de tank langs loopt, nauwelijks herkenbaar, een man met een schop. Het beeld is door middel van tinting geheel rood gekleurd.
